Leads

Q: When will I receive my leads order?

A: For most leads (except Probate) you will receive your cleaned, formatted lead list via email in 2-3 business days. Because Probate leads require a more extensive process that varies by county, they will take longer. If you place a Probate leads order, someone will contact you directly within 2-3 business days to let you know when to expect your leads.

Q: Is it possible for your researches to gather leads from probates filed 6-8 months ago?

A: Yes, in most cases, but there are some limitations. Please send your request along with your name, phone number and email to PIMHsupport@postalimpact.com and someone will contact you directly to discuss your request. Be sure to include your county of interest and the months you would like to order.

Q: Can I order leads for a county that isn't listed?

A: No, if a county isn't listed it either means we can't get leads for that area or we already have a client with an exclusive contract in that area. 

Q: The lead estimate is less than your minimum order requirement. Can I just order the estimated number of leads?

A: No, even though the estimate is less than the requirement, you will still receive the minimum number of leads. We will fulfill this by going back through several months of data to gather enough leads for your order. This is a good thing! Backdated leads that are often forgotten by other investors can be ripe for a deal. That being said, if your order can't be fulfilled with backdated leads, we will contact you to find a solution.

Q: Can I combine several areas to meet the minimum requirement?

A: No, even if the estimate for an area is less than the requirement, you will still receive the minimum number of leads. We will fulfill this by going back through several months of data to gather enough leads for your order. This is a good thing! Backdated leads that are often forgotten by other investors can be ripe for a deal. That being said, if your order can't be fulfilled with backdated leads, we will contact you to find a solution.

Q: What are the distressed situations of your REI Leads and subscription leads?

A: Our leads are our own proprietary blend that we pull based on our study of the demographics of your area, the global insight we have about what’s working nationwide, and what we know from studying data to be high-value factors that would indicate a distressed, or motivated, seller. To that end, almost all of our leads have a layer of some kind of financial distress on them, among a host of other things.

Q: Why are your leads more expensive than others I've seen?

A: We use advanced filters to provide quality leads. Then we edit our leads for duplicates, missing addresses, etc and we don't charge you for those. Lastly, we provide a formatted, cleaned spreadsheet for you to use for direct mail, cold calling, or whatever marketing you choose. In simple terms, a Postal Impact lead is just a better lead!

Q: Can I provide my own leads for direct mail products?

A: Yes, you sure can! If you're ordering letters, you will upload your file on the product page before you add your letters to the cart. If you're ordering postcards, you will add your leads when you get to the Recipients step. If you've already submitted your order and forgot to add your leads, don't worry. We will be in touch to discuss your letter template and we will arrange to get your lead list at that time.

 

Subscriptions

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your account here.

Q: Can I update the form of payment used for my subscription?

A: Yes, you can manage your subscription, including updating your payment, by logging into your account here.

Q: Can I upgrade my subscription at anytime?

A: Yes, you will first need to cancel your existing subscription by logging into your account here. Then you can purchase the subscription upgrade. If you've recently been charged for your subscription but haven't yet received your leads, please send your subscription change request to shop@postalimpact.com.

Q: Can I pause my subscription or skip the next month?

A: No, not at this time. We are working on making this feature available in the future.

Q: Can I add Direct Mail to my leads subscription?

A: Yes, we'd love to help with your direct mail! This will require a more personal approach so please send an email to shop@postalimpact.com. Be sure to mention the subscription you already have and what you'd like to do. We'll set up a custom plan for you. 

 

Letters

Q: Are these the same quality letters Postal Impact is known for if I buy through the marketing hub?

A: Yes, it's the same quality, hand-addressed letters written by actual humans, not machines! We also use custom-made envelopes and a hand applied first-class stamp to make our letters stand out and look more like a personal invitation than an advertisement.

Q: Can I send letters to leads in a county that isn't listed on your site?

A: No, if a county isn't listed then it means we have a client with an exclusive contract in that area. You're welcome to choose another area, but we will check your lead list to make sure it matches the county you've selected for your mailing. 

Q: Can I send letters to my own mailing list?

A: Yes, you sure can! You will upload your file on the product page before you add your letters to the cart. If you've already submitted your order and forgot to add your leads, don't worry. We will be in touch to discuss your letter template and we will arrange to get your lead list at that time.

Q: Can I schedule when to mail my letters?

A: Yes, we're happy to mail on your schedule. When placing your order, you will be asked to enter information about where you are mailing. After your order is placed, we'll contact you directly to discuss your mailing list, determine your template, and decide when to mail your letters.

Q: Do I get to choose between ivory or white paper?

A: We will work with you to develop your letter template. If you choose color print for an extra $0.06/letter, we will print them on white paper so the color really pops. Otherwise, we use 24lb ivory paper, helping your letters make a great first impression.

Q: Are the letters mailed pre-sorted or with metered postage?

A: No, we hand apply a first-class postage stamp to every letter. This helps our letters stand out and look more like a personal invitation rather than an advertisement.

Q: Do you have letter templates for me to choose from?

A: Yes, we will contact you about your letter template after we receive your order, and you are welcome to use your own or ours. 

Q: Can you send letters that we made? How much will it cost?

A: At this time, we are only able to send our letters to the leads you specify. While we will work with you to create a letter template that works best for you, we are unable to offer specific options for envelopes and stamps. You can see examples of the letters we send here.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Q: Do you have any resources to help me make the most of my order?

A: Yes, we have several free resources available to you here

Q: I hear you offer a "done for you" marketing service. How do I sign up for that?

A: Yes, we do offer this service to some of the biggest real estate investors across the nation. If you're an experienced investor, you can learn more here.

Q: Do you offer lending or have lending resources?

A:  No, we don't do lending, but we can connect you to someone who does. Please visit https://www.pimarketinghub.com/rental-loan/ and fill out the form. This gets sent directly to the lender who can answer all of your questions. 

Q: Can I speak to someone?

A: Yes, please send the subject you'd like to discuss along with your name, email address, and phone number to Inquiry@postalimpact.com and someone will contact you.
